Interventions at Colli Euganei Park: dry lands of Mt. Cecilia and Rocca Pendice (climbing is temporarily forbidden)

Preservation works on the dry lands (“Vegri”) of Mt. Cecilia started on 13 June; they concern around 8 hectares of “Vegri” - a unique Euganei habitat - that Colli Euganei Regional Park has acquired in the Baone municipality.

The area of Rocca Pendice will undergo works starting on 15 June. The works aim at securing the rocks and boulders displaced by the fires of June-July 2021, and they will last one and a half months, in the areas of Catino Centrale – Pilastro Spigolone, Dinamiche, and Canale Secondario.
